This all new laser cut firebox basket is designed for maximum airflow while keeping your charcoal burning longer. Expanded metal firebox baskets breathe very well, but once smaller charcoal burns down it easily falls through the large openings of the metal.
With over 150 holes of various sizes, you will keep the benefit of burning smaller charcoal while still allowing plenty of airflow for full combustion.
This firebox is little heavier than the original expanded metal firebox, but the performance far exceeds the extra weight of 5 lbs. To make sure this basket lasts a long time, we laser cut this basket out of 10 gauge steel!
Our Grate Removing Tools 'M Tools' are perfect for removing this firebox from the grill for quick cool downs.
