The M1 is a beautiful grill and smoker. We handcraft our grills right here in Mesquite, Texas. You can say they are small batch since these grills are not mass produced. Everything on the grill is metal. Thick metal. You will not find a piece of plastic or flimsy sheet metal on our grills. We put a lot of attention to detail from the hand fitment of the lids to the grinding and finishing for a beautiful look. The M1 is not only beautiful, but it cooks absolutely amazing!
