B2 Vents

The performance of the B2 is second to none. Airflow is everything when controlling precise grilling temperatures. So we added a whopping 4 large dampers on the bottom underneath the charcoal grilling grate and 2 large dampers on the lid. Full control of airflow on both sides of your B2! Pair that with the thick steel and gasket sealed lid, you can dial in perfect cooking temperatures with ease!

VERSATILITY

B2 Grates

When it comes to grilling, you can use charcoal on the grilling grate or grill with wood for that wonderful wood fired experience.

For smoking, easily remove 1 top grate for easy access to the charcoal grate. Here you can refuel for long, low and slow cooks and place food on your Top Shelf Extension and other cooking grate.

Quality

Speaking of grates, every grate and cooking surface is thick 304 stainless steel. No nickel plated or porcelain coated materials here. All grates are 1/4" thick 304 stainless steel.

Every component bolted on the thick 10 gauge steel is 304 stainless steel. Handles, counters, hand crank, nameplate, and damper covers. The new slick design of the B2 allows you to have a nice storage area underneath the grill for accessories.
